Refund Policy

At Coorg Express, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and transparency regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read the following terms carefully.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • Tour Packages:

    • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled departure will be eligible for a full refund minus administrative charges.
    • Cancellations made 7–14 days prior to the departure will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the departure will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Accommodation Bookings:

    • Refunds for hotel and homestay bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective accommodation providers. Please check the terms shared during booking.
  • Activity Bookings:

    • Refunds for activities (e.g., trekking, rafting) depend on the terms provided by the activity organizers.

Cancellations by Coorg Express

In rare cases where Coorg Express cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings:

  • Customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Alternatively, customers may opt for a reschedule or a credit note for future use.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings may be non-refundable, including promotional packages or last-minute bookings. Such details will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided in the case of cancellation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
